New Pathway Apprenticeships
New Pathways Apprenticeships
Pathway Apprenticeships are a brand new initiative from the Scottish Government helping school leavers not yet in a job or further education to learn whilst they earn.
This is a fantastic opportunity for teenagers aged 18 or under who have left school and are not in further education. Eligibility criteria stipulates that they have reached the statutory school leaving age.
What is a Pathways Apprenticeship?
Pathway Apprenticeships are being created with learning providers and employers as an immediate, short-term response to the Covid-19 pandemic supporting young people who will face limited employment opportunities.
You will undertake a Business Skills qualification whist learning about the workplace. You can undertake this study from home. You will be paid £100 per week for up to 26 weeks. We will work with you to identify suitable work opportunities for you on completion of your qualifications. You will achieve a Foundation Apprenticeship in Business Skills (SCQF6).
