Get ahead of the game:
get a qualification to evidence your experience
Too often we promote the highflyer who has performed well into a position of management responsibility. The CMI call this ‘the scurge of the accidental manager’. They are left to flounder with no management or leadership development. This all too familiar problem can be avoided by getting a qualification to prove your knowledge and experience.
Scottish Vocational Qualifications are a great way to gain a qualification whilst you work for the work you do. These qualifications are assessed with workplace evidence.
Our CMI range are professional qualifications providing learning content (theory) which you relate to your workplace (practice). Assessment is by written essays.
PDA’s are a short version of an SVQ. It involves completing a combination of two modules to gain this short qualification. These are assessed using workplace evidence.
