Make bill on QuickBooks and file copies of invoices.
Emails in/out.
Deal with post /paperwork.
Deal with customer phone calls.
Check pricing on QuickBooks against invoices and purchase orders
Add new customers /stock to QuickBooks file paperwork.
Deal with transportation issues.

Warehouse – (Some Manual Labour/Lifting required)

Dispatch stock Small by post.
Dispatch stock Med by FedEx.
Dispatch stock pallets by Northwards.
Make up dispatch tickets paperwork for out going stock.
Check/order items used for dispatch, pallets, wrap, tape.
Receive orders check and store in warehouse.
Deal with waste and recycling.
Check stock levels for purchases.
Carry out spot stock checks.
Carry safety checks.

Quotation / Drawings

Measuring floor plans and transferring information to excel to calculate materials requirements,
Producing quotation based on the above material calculations
Emailing clients quotations / possible follow-ups
Answering the phone and taking notes.
Training to produce CAD (DWG) Layouts
