Eilidh is central to the DYW programme’s success as the Operations manager and leads on the day to day activity delivery across our area. She engages with employers, teachers, parents and young people with a view to ensuring all parties are connected in the pursuit of informing & inspiring our future workforce to the career opportunities available to them locally .
