SALES

Answering phone calls

Responding to emails

Dealing with client enquiries and booking viewings

Inputting information and maintaining a database, uploading and maintaining properties on Agent Pro Software

Providing admin support to team
LETTINGS

Booking viewings with prospective tenants

Organising routine visits at properties

Providing property reports to landlords following routine visits from lettings team

Inputting information and maintaining a database, uploading and maintaining properties on Agent Pro Software

Invoicing
GENERAL DUTIES

Providing excellent customer at all times

Working as part of a dynamic team

To attend company training courses as required to ensure level of competency is maintained.
